Our technology for obtaining additive granules (powder) by plasma fragmentation of titanium billets allows us to achieve a much better quality of the material (sphericity, chemical composition, absence of impurities and satellites), in contrast to gas atomization and other existing technologies (in March 2020, tests were conducted at "VIAM" on a Ti6AI-4V alloy, results are shown below).

We also are capable to supply materials from different (non-serial) grades of titanium alloys, such as Grade 1, Grade 6, Grade 9 etc., with a minimum batch of 10 kg under a short notice. On individual request, we also produce heat-resistant, nickel-containing alloys.

Available particle size distribution of titanium powder:

  • Fraction 10-45 microns
  • Fraction 45-65 microns
  • Fraction 65-100 microns
  • Fraction >100 microns
  • Other at the customer's request

  • delivery of high-quality spherical titanium alloy powder for its application in additive technology.
  • cooperation in the development of additive technology in various areas.

After signing the contract, we can either ship a pre-made order of powder, or make an individual order at the customer's request (including desired alloy and fractional sieving)

The powder is packed in antistatic plastic sealed bags of 4-5 kg, after which they are placed in plastic jars filled with argon. Each jar if fitted with a humidity absorbent.

Each jar has a technical passport of the powder.

Chemical and gas analysis of particles, fraction distribution and particle analysis under an electron microscope are performed for each batch.
